Oh no, this is very sad news indeed. I remember Paul with such fondness, he was a gentleman, kindness and thoughtfulness personified. Paul developed a mediation programme specifically for colleagues from a BME background and many of us got a lot out of the programme. The learning we got from the programme has held many of us on good stead over many years. My heart goes out to Paul’s family friends and colleagues.
