I’m very saddened to hear this news. I worked with Paul when I was Head of Dispute Resolution Policy in MoJ. Paul was an enthusiastic advocate for the power of mediation and passionate about passing on the benefits of alternative forms of dispute resolution through his training. He was always very kind and patient to me even when I was communicating things he didn’t necessarily agree with. My deepest sympathy and condolences to his family and friends.
