Delayed flight

Those of you who knew Paul well will know that he could get very frustrated if things did not go as planned. One year our flight back from delivering training in Riga was delayed for over five hours and Paul's constant questioning of the officials by asking 'What is the latest information?' was always met with the same response, 'The latest information is that there is no information'.

In order to reduce the stress, frustration and boredom we needed to keep returning to the massage chairs (as shown on the photo) which lined the depature lounge. As you can see they worked!
