My warmest condolences and thoughts go to Paul's family at this time of loss and sadness. Paul and I shared a platform at a conference recently expressing opposing views on the pros and cons of mandatory mediation. Notwithstanding I have had the highest regard for Paul's contribution to the field of dispute resolution and am particularly sad that illness prevented him from contributing his unique perspective to our forthcoming book on contemporary issues on family mediation.
