Paul's contribution to the world of mediation and the mediation community cannot be overstated. I personally (and the mediation community) will treasure the memory of a very fine man who recognised that conflict should be resolved and not perpetuated. He was a true professional and inspired so many of us. His understanding of the psychology and psychiatry of conflict was ground breaking. His life was dedicated to the service of others.
