Paul was inspiring and dedicated to mediation. Whenever he spoke, he was talking about how mediation should be developing as an independent profession kept separate and different from negotiation although including it. We have lost a great mouthpiece who could ask a question or say something that set out the basics in a highly relevant and thought provoking way. I will miss him. Jane Cooksey
