This is a huge loss. I would meet up with Paul every time I came to the UK-and years ago flew him to the states to speak at one of our annual mediation conferences. His last book, “The Psychology of Conflict” is the best book I’ve ever read about the subject (and I’ve read many)- I cite him and this book every time I lecture on mediation. Paul was the genuine deal and will be sorely missed.RIP
