I knew Paul for over 30 years, having been in chambers with him at Cloisters, and afterwards as we both became engaged with the world of mediation as it developed in the UK and internationally, serving on Bar and mediation committees. He was a kind and caring man, passionate both about and for his subject, and highly regarded in his field. I wish his family long life, and the satisfaction that Paul had a life well-lived and he made a difference.
